Important information prior to your interview

We look forward to welcoming you as a student at CLAVIS. Before you start there is some information you need to know.

• You must have a picture ID ready to show before the interview starts.
• Make sure you use a computer with a webcam – NOT a smartphone or a tablet.
• When connecting to the interview you will be placed in a Waiting Room. Wait here until the counsellor gives you access to the actual interview.
• Make sure to have downloaded and installed Zoom before the interview.
• Be aware that If your internet connection isn’t fast or strong enough to handle the online interview, making it impossible for the counsellor to perform the interview, you need to book time for an interview with physical attendance at CLAVIS in Greve.
